Watercolor Houses Study-Road Trip-

Watercolor pan set, water brush pen, and gel ink pen on 6" x 6" watercolor paper to record a scene we passed on our road trip in Sept. (bottom left). A study started from a sketch on a napkin and memory in our motel room one night.

I just happened to look up as we passed this little scene of four really small pastel colored houses close together in front of a group of trees with grasses between them and the road somewhere in the North West states. I wonder how they were/are used.

I finished it at home last week, or called it done. It is not perfect, but I love it, because it's a lovely memory from the trip!
