Another piece that I've had pinned together for a few weeks, that I stitched and meditated on a couple of days ago. This one is about 4 1/2" x 4 1/2", and is made from one of my discarded shirt cotton scraps, a piece of satin from my really old discarded pjs, a scrap of purple velveteen from somewhere, and DMC embroidery floss. I also used one of my handmade fabric buttons, made from a text printed fabric and gel medium. Simple stitching, but relaxing!
I have another piece completed and am working on another one in between playing in my sketchbook/journal. Maybe my muse is returning!
