My 17th meditation, using cotton fabric scraps, both white scraps from a thrift store bedskirt, one tea dyed, red from my discarded rayon blouse, elephant practice stamped with wooden fabric stamp (I need more practice!), and DMC embroidery thread, approx 4" square.
This was like a mini vacation for my mind! So happy I discovered this kind of stitching! No pressure to stitch or finish it a certain way. No patterns or directions to follow. Just stitching whatever the needle and thread tell me to! I LOVE it!
