It's been a while since I posted, and this post is going to be short, as I don't have time right now to tell you everything.
Just wanted to say hello and let you know that I'm still here! Hubby and I have been on a month long road trip through the southwest and mid-west, with very limited phone, internet, TV, no radio or news, and it's been awesome! Just got home yesterday (Thursday), after almost 7000 miles of driving/riding/eating/sleeping! Every night in a different place, except for twice when we actually stayed two nights in the same town.
I took lots of photos, made lots of notes and sketches, and collected lots of paper ephemera and coffee/tea bags to be glued down in collages in a book when I get things here at home caught up. I also took a few art and stitching supplies, but didn't have time, or was too tired by the time we stopped for the night to do much with them. Lots of extraordinary sights and experiences to share, as well as creative inspiration, and I look forward to sharing all about it here.
