Excess Paint Abstract-"Trapped"

A couple of posts back I shared an abstract made from cleaning the excess paint off my brush/knife onto a blank page in my sketchbook, where I had drawn a face over it with a black marker, which I didn't like at all. Well, I used an alcohol pad to wipe off most of the paint where I had drawn the face, then cleaned some more brushes off over the original page, and then added a few marks with a brush handle while it was still wet, with a bit of brush marks in a contrasting color, and this is what happened.

The large whitish area in the lower right reminded me of a large bee and it looked trapped in a fence, so I called it "Trapped." Now I can see a cat laying just under the bee! Other images are also beginning to make themselves known to me. I love seeing images within images! Anyway, NOW I like it! Sorry about the blurred left lower corner. The corner curled on me, causing it to come out blurred, and I was too lazy to re-make the photo. :(

Still working on "Lami", my paper clay sculpture. She's getting there!
